Meet OUR FOUNDER
As the founder of The JTC Studio, I bring a background in HR, program management, and people-first operations. I’ve supported everything from onboarding and documentation to training, compliance, and early-career development — always with a focus on clarity, care, and real-world impact. With a degree in Psychology from Spelman College and a certificate in HR Management from CSULB, I combine structure and empathy to help small teams and individuals get organized, grounded, and growing. I created this studio to be the kind of support I wish I had earlier in my own journey.

BioI didn’t take a straight path into this work—and that’s what makes it all mean more. I started out thinking I’d be a therapist, studied Psychology at Spelman, and spent years exploring roles in retail, sales, and customer service before eventually growing into leadership at a tech company. Along the way, I learned what really matters in the workplace: culture, clarity, and the quiet power of support. That clarity brought me into HR, where I’ve found the perfect balance of structure and heart.
The JTC Studio was born from that same balance. It’s a space where I bring everything I’ve learned—from documentation to coaching, from admin systems to people-first strategy—and offer steady, human-centered support to those who are just getting started.
