The Situation:
A newly opened dispensary was struggling to keep up with employee paperwork, compliance checklists, and onboarding logs required by local regulators. Team members were being hired quickly — but with no system to store IDs, training certs, or signed policies in one place.
The Approach:
I built a secure digital filing system organized by employee lifecycle and license type, added a tracker to monitor training renewals and onboarding milestones, and helped create a simple internal process for hiring managers to follow. I also reviewed the employee manual for tone and clarity, keeping it warm while staying compliant.
The Outcome:
The team passed its first surprise inspection with no documentation issues
