Helping a Small Business Get HR-Ready for Growth

Client Type: Small Business (Under 50 employees)
Project: HRIS Research + HR Foundation Support

The Situation:
The business was preparing to grow quickly but didn’t have any real HR infrastructure in place — no digital systems, no formal onboarding, and no central hub for employee data.

The Approach:
I identified gaps in their current systems, researched HRIS options that fit their size and needs, scheduled demos, and provided summaries to leadership. I also helped clarify what documentation and workflows they’d need as they grew.

The Outcome:

  • Leadership chose an HR system that fit their budget + team style

  • Onboarding, file keeping, and data collection became more secure and streamlined

  • The team felt confident scaling without losing track of their people

“Jordan translated a world of HR jargon into something we could actually understand. She made it simple — and that made all the difference.”
