Helping Someone Land Their First Real Job

Client Type: Individual (First-Gen, Early-Career Professional)
Project: Job Search Support + Workplace Coaching

The Situation:
A recent grad with no formal work experience was struggling to land a job — and feeling overwhelmed by how to even get started.

The Approach:
We built a resume from scratch, worked on a simple but strong cover letter, and practiced interview scenarios. I also coached them through setting boundaries and managing nerves once they started the role.

The Outcome:

  • They landed their first full-time job — with benefits and room to grow

  • They felt more confident speaking up and asking for support

  • They started building a career instead of just chasing a paycheck

“Jordan didn’t just help me get the job — she helped me believe I deserved to be there.”
