HR & Admin Setup for a Gentleman’s Club

Client Type: High-Volume Exotic Dance Club
Project: Admin & HR Foundation + Independent Contractor Support

The Situation:
The club was expanding to two locations and needed better systems to manage dancer agreements, shift scheduling, and compliance — especially around worker classification and pay.

The Approach:
I built an admin-friendly system to manage dancer profiles, shift sign-ups, and incident reports — all while maintaining discretion and privacy. I created clear contractor agreements, a simple onboarding guide for new dancers, and light training for managers around professionalism and safety protocols.

The Outcome:

  • Dancers received clearer expectations and protections up front

  • Management had better documentation and scheduling visibility

  • The business reduced legal risk and boosted internal trust

“Jordan brought clarity, respect, and structure to a space that doesn’t always get it — and she did it without judgment. That’s rare.”
